What is the difference between the representations MTHFR 677C>T and MTRR A66G.?

What is the difference between the following two SNP representations? MTHFR 677C>T and MTRR A66G. I have seen the second one before, and I assume it means that at base 66 of gene MTRR, the A and G polymorphisms can be found (does it matter that the A is listed first?). But what does 677C>T mean?
