Does Practive really work?

Well this is 2 questions in one, I dont have alot of acne but i do have very large Acne and its getting really annoying I just started puberty and Ugh my face has mountains on it and my teeth are yellow and I am getting braces do the braces help muly yellow teeth too? Or will it just make it worst and if so please tell if proactive works & how to get teeth whiter...... :-D please i get made fun of all the time.....
