Pilot Instrument Written Exam Updates?

I am going to be taking the Instrument written exam in a couple weeks and have heard the FAA has updated the Instrument rating question bank. Has anyone taken it somewhat recently and have noticed any significant changes, or have just in general heard of any changes to the exam?
