Which pilot training is the best?? DGCA or FAA?

Hey I am from India. Can you please explain me the advantages of flight training in USA. Right now I am pursuing my training at Ahmedabad, India. We have to fly for 200 Hours on Single Engine Aircrafts to get the Indian Commercial Pilot License. Can I get my training there in USA ? What about the cost factors?
