Pre-solo requirements?

I will be having my first solo flight in exactly 100 days on my 16th birthday. I was just wondering what are the requirements by the FAA to be able to solo? I was just wondering because my flight instructor has 21 active students right now and I'm afraid he will forget to mention something to me (such as: required tests, any forms that must be turned in before I can solo, etc.). I trust my instructor its just people make mistakes and I've been looking forward to my solo flight for a very long time now , and I would hate to have to put it of a couple days/weeks because he forgot to mention any requirements.So the main question again was: What are the requirements by the FAA to be able to solo?
