Do you need a four year college to become a UPS Pilot?

yes you need to go to college.you need to get your bachelor's degree.and a whole bunch of certificates.also a few engineer degree with you. a four year college degree preferred means they want you to go to college for this job before you can work for them.you cant just apply there as a intern with no education.it doesnt work that way.
