Appoiments after braces?

i got my braces on June 9th 2011 i have a next one On July 7th 2011 What do they do on those one months appoiments? Do they take off the wire and put it again all over? How do they thighten them? Please answer thanks AND PLEASE NO RUDE COMMENTS
