Will FAA find out if I switch my Wi-Fi channel to 14?

I know that Wi-Fi channels higher than 11 are not permitted in the US but there are a lot of other Wi-fis around causing a lot of interference on regular channels so switching to channel 14 would significantly reduce interference. If I switch to 14, will FAA somehow find it out? Are they walking around checking Wifi signals? Thanks
