In the air force, how long do they make you do an enlisted job, an air traffic controller for example?

im 15, wanna be an air traffic controller,wannna do it in the military and then get hired by the FAA afterwards, but how long does the air force make you do a job? 10 years?, 20 years?, the cutoff age for hiring in the FAA for ATCS is 31
