How long does it take for results after C&P exam(comp and pension)?

I had my exam this week and now I'm sitting here in a cafe wondering what's next? I'm a homeless veteran that got lucky and hooked up with Swords to Plowshares. I'm receiving free representation from their lawyers to help with my claim. I'm wondering how long will it take for results? PTSD, Seizure disorder. While waiting for the C & Pp exam I was struck by a car, tore my meniscus in my knee and now i have a bulged disk in my lower back while waiting for the exam, the doctor that did the general health exam, factored all of my injuries in decision. Can anyone help with a little advice?.
