FAA third class medical drug testing?

Does the modern FAA third class exam include a drug screening test, I've been looking all over for an answer and so far I'm lead to believe the the urine test is a kidney or sugar screening or something along those lines. But the most recent info on the net is three years old and I know the FAR changes a lot, I dug through the book as well and so far I'm lead to no as well, but I can't help but feel as though I'm missing something.
